It's actually an up and coming neighborhood in my opinion. I wouldn't call Greater Grand Crossing the best place to live, and it's still a bit on the unsafe side, but it's had some serious improvements in recent years, and i fell like there's so much potential that it's an investment to move here, but only if you can deal with some of the issues that remain.
