Hi there,
I'm looking to stay in a property on Sarre street Gunghalin (ACT), wondering how it will be? is it a quite street? how safe is it? Very close to marketplace being many different people come and go... Any views goods or bads.
Any info is very helpful.

We recently listed and sold a property on Sarre Street to one of 20 interested buyers on the first weekend. People were drawn to the convenient location, and the eventual buyer was relocating from a rental down the street which I would think is a good endorsement for appeal of the location. Hope that helps.
