There are some housing commission homes in Hackham West so I would say drive around the streets as there are some good pockets, in saying this I am not aware of any issues in the suburb.
Hackham is a great suburb, has many amenities like school, childcare, shops, doctors, playgrounds, football club, pub just to name a few.
