Not really, Harrington grove is by majority retirees over 65 (probably 85%+) which might be ok if you are fine with that. But I'd reccomend Old Bar, Taree or Wallabi Point if you still want to be coastal but want to have a good school with younger families around and not retirees complaining about the noise of your kids or getting up you about it (happened to a friend).
