Zillman Rd too busy? Is it under flight path? Are there lots of flies because of the racecourse?

Hi Gette, Thank you for your questions, Zillman Road I would say has a medium flow of traffic. With regards to the flight path, that's no issue as the flight path is not over Hendra and lastly you mentioned flies - no issue at all.
