Hi all,
We are wanting to build somewhere in the Bayside / Kingston area, the only problem is we can not afford $600,000+ for a block of land! So if we could sub-divide and find another like-minded family to share the cost of the land that would be an ideal scenario. In no hurry, but contact me if you're interested.
