Yes redndotty. If you park near the Westpac ATM entrance, there'd be:
1. Disabled parking
2. Ramp entrance to the shops
3. From the shops, ramp access onto the board walk and marina (near San Churro, another somewhere after Little Ceasers Pizza i think)
