Is north or south of Flinders Ave, Hilary's considered better in property values?

The Northern part has been rezoned and has more subdivision, some apartments built. That means some new properties that are smaller but fetch good $$$. The south still has some 70ies builds that go closer to land value.

Hmm interesting question braaay. The cline is more Easterly/Westerly, rather then up or down (North/South); properties on Flinders Ave, west of the street, (towards the coast, away from Marmion) tend to fetch more in the market.
