Hindmarsh Island, SA 5214 is located within the Alexandrina local government area, part of the Outer Adelaide Region in South Australia.
Property I like has a 100 yr lease only 50 to go are they a risk and what happens at the end of the lease if they are still not free hold?
Re sale is a concern to me what do others think as the lease period shortens does the price go down??
Concerned? Can any one please give me thier thoughts before we consider this further with the agent and the BANK!!!!
