1/49 Burke Parade, Gerroa NSW 2534

Located in one of the South Coasts premier holiday areas and certainly one of the best streets in our municipality, this unit in near original condition has both views and proximity to the beach covered. Drop your bags and head to the surf with Little Beach less than a minutes walk or wade across Crooked River at low tide to the patrolled area which operates most of summer and theres a foot bridge access to Seven Mile Beach just up the road. The unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with the deck for BBQ's and theres a tandem garage and separate shared storage where you can put all your Gerroa necessities such as kayaks, surfboards and fishing gear. Also within easy walk is the Blue Swimmer restaurant/cafe where you can fine dine with family or guests of an evening or grab a coffee in the morning - or if you need something different both Berry and Kiama are around 15 minutes away. This is the first time offered for sale in approximately 45 years with Burke Parade being one of the most tightly held streets in the region. With your own floor coverings and maybe a new kitchen and bathroom you can easily turn this into the ultimate Gerroa weekender.
