* Rent is $199/night (Sun to Thu) and $249/night (Fri to Sat), plus a once off $150 cleaning fee, plus $400 Refundable Damage Deposit.

* Rent is $600/week (4-6 week stay), $525/week (7-9 week stay), $450/week (10 week stay or longer) + $1500 refundable security deposit (paid at Check-In).

HOW TO GET HERE. Your transport to the island IS NOT included in the price - you need to arrange your own Ferry or Water Taxi or your own boat/jetski or share the ride with other owners boat. YOU CAN NOT DRIVE TO THE ISLAND (PROPERTY).
