Our Pavilion is available unfurnished for $595.00/week all-inclusive of internet, power and water. We would welcome, quiet, non-smoking tenant/s who are keen to live the eco life in an absolutely gorgeous dwelling in the tranquil highlands setting- with ample opportunity for enjoying the unique lifestyle that the award winning Eco Village Community provides.

We (your landlords) are a quiet, mature couple who live on-site in our own stand-alone Pavilion. We provide all onsite landscaping, gardening and any maintenance required. Imagine waking to the sound of bird song, popping down to the onsite cafe at Ground for your morning turmeric chai latte/coffee; doing some yoga at a session in the community hall, having a dip in the salt water pool, or taking a quick drive down to the magnificent Currumbin Beach. There are kilometres of beautiful walking tracks within the EcoVillage where you will see an abundance of wild life as well as many amazing Eco built homes nestled in amongst the trees. You can enjoy buying organic local produce from the Ground Grocer Co-op and experience the unique Twilight Markets held on site once/month.

You would be renting the second, lower, North facing Pavilion which is designed to capture the breezes with large, double glazed fully screened windows and sliding doors, extremely well insulated- making it a pleasure to live in all year round- truly a masterpiece of eco-design – allowing you to live sustainably AND surrounded by nature.
Our Eco Pavilion includes:

• Open plan lounge with quirky loft, opening via servery from kitchen and wide glass doors from lounge, onto large deck with extensive views

• 1 bathroom with large deep bath and shower, plus separate toilet

• Low maintenance landscaped gardens- plus plenty of room for growing your own herbs/vegies if so inclined
• Fans throughout, including on deck
• Ample storage/hobby space in large lock-up garage

Renting our Pavilion in the Award Winning Currumbin Valley Ecovillage gives you access to onsite: solar heated swimming pool, playgrounds, gas bbq’s, wood fired pizza oven, library, community hall, gym, Ground Cafe, workshops and social gatherings, Ground Organic Produce, extensive walking tracks, recycling centre, sports field, monthly village Twilight markets and onsite allied health practitioners.
Please note there is a strict no dogs / cats' policy in the Eco village, as required by Gold Coast City Council, and a 25 km/h speed limit applies on all village roads. The Eco Village ‘dark sky’ policy means that star gazing at night is fabulous!
