“great neighbours”
Royston place is close to both primary and secondary schools in the area. I have lived here for 7 years and all the neighbours are fantastic, we all keep to ourselves but if anyone needs anything they are all first ones to help, It is a quiet street , And the plus side you will be pretty much centrally located to both Broadmeadows shopping centre and airport west shopping centre. It only takes about 15-20 mins to the city and 5 mins to the airport, it really is a fantastic location
