This light filled two storey townhouse is located within the beautiful Sebel Pinnacle Valley Resort, known as one of the High Country's top wedding and function venues. It's currently permanently leased for staff accommodation, but we can offer vacant possession with the appropriate notice. It would be an amazing, low maintenance holiday getaway or maybe you want to capitilise on the short term holiday rental market!

Downstairs features a comfortable lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen and a generously sized bedroom and bathroom. The private balcony overlooking the parkland is a great spot to relax and watch the kids play a game of tennis on the onsite tennis court. Upstairs there is another generously sized bedroom and ensuite bathroom.

The resort boasts some great facilites including the tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, plus the restaurant and pool. Owners corporation fees are relatively modest and include insurance of the building.

It is only 5 minutes from the gates of Mt Buller, so you will be in the perfect position to enjoy first tracks in winter. There are so many other amazing attractions to enjoy throughout the year, including the Delatite River just across the road, fabulous walking and bike and 4wd tracks and of course the opportunity to live out your 'Man from Snowy River' dreams on horseback rides up to the iconic Craigs Hut.
