The pristine waterways are regarded as some of the best for cruising and yachting in Australia, the scenery is beautiful and the fishing is superb. Pop a kayak in and discover the sheltered bays. To top it off the area is also steeped in history with lots to learn about the first explorers such as Bruni D'Entrecasteaux. The distant mountains are snow capped in the winter providing a picturesque landscape all year round. The trees are alive with birds and two sea eagle nests nearby. There are dolphins and seals to spot in the water. The area is known for its great fresh produce and clean air.

Located only 15 minutes from the vibrant, cultural centre of Cygnet and within an hour of Hobart, this makes for a great spot to live the permanent relaxed water-side lifestyle or makes an ideal holiday home with plenty to do for the whole family.
