Personally designed and hand crafted by long established architect/builder Greg Tollis, this home celebrates sustainability and energy efficiency in a versatile design with multiple spaces for various uses.
The goal was to create a comfortable, healthy and low energy living space, making the most of every detail both indoors and out.
The strategy was to maximise the morning light rising in the east and control the afternoon western sun.
Therefore the living room, kitchen and bedrooms were positioned to the east and utility spaces, garage and bathrooms to the west.
The layout of the house was organized with nooks and crannies that create unique thermal and lighting conditions.
The footprint of the home is minimal to maximise the garden areas. This house respects honest architecture.

Please note this is definitely not a project home. It was specifically designed and built just for this block. Inspections are sure to impress and frankly the photos don't do it justice. In short, it is a delight to enter and a regret to leave. We can't stress the ambience and quality anymore than that.
