The accommodation is 1 bedroom, so if friends come to stay you will need an air mattress but is large enough to enable you to host sizeable gatherings. Insulated and air-conditioned you will have solace from the summer heat.

Outside storage is by way of a 20-foot container, however if you choose not to have it then the owners are happy to take it with them. The grounds are fully fenced and easily maintained and there is a large, high carport for the caravan or boat.

Grasstree Beach is one of Queensland's premier beaches. Partially protected by the north and south headland it is normally less affected by bad weather than some of the other beaches.

The community is friendly, and everyone always gives a wave or a "Gooday". It truly is a beautiful place to live.
