There are 2 windmills and a bore plus 3 dams and 2 winter dams, providing more than adequate stock water. There is a significant volume of water available underground (Subject to relative approvals), which would provide the opportunity of other viticulture or horticultural pursuits.

This location is in close proximity to the Mandurah and Bunbury city centres, a little over an hour to Perth providing very simple and easy access to local amenities, markets, saleyards and abattoirs.
