This is one of the most amazing places I've seen, this is one of the reasons I just love my career - when you get to discover some places that just blow your mind and they are in your own backyard!

Here we were, two girls, heading out to photograph this 'weekend getaway' that hasn't been 'gotten away in' for quite a few years and we were expecting something not so fantastic let me just say, because the owner was a bit casual about it. We got to the gate and were, like "mmmm yeah!" And then, only 200m in, on a very easy driveway, we were like, "What the!!!! Wooohooo check this out!" It was hilarious, you would have thought we were buying it... We were like two little kids running around to explore this unreal little fantasy world.

It was such a great reaction from two real estate agents, here at an unused grubby looking old weekender cabin, because we could see the location, the water, the soundness of the building and we could visualize the lifestyle someone (most likely an absolute fishing freak or kayak nut) would have here. I have not seen a 'home' this close, yet this protected from a river. Talk about living on the water! We know someone is going to absolutely love this place.

And this is fantastic fishing here folks and the birdlife is world class and you can easily navigate all the way to Port Macquarie - I mean house boats come up here, even little trailer sailors.

Actually the pictures were taken on a dull afternoon, they simply don't do it justice... You just have to come and see it for yourself.
