The location is fantastic. Unit 11 at Element on Gregory Street is quite possibly the best in the complex. North Ward is one of Townsville's most popular suburbs and hey, it's easy to see why. If you're looking to capitalise on our year-round beachside lifestyle then Element on Gregory might be the sea change you've been looking for. Unlike so many unit complexes built in this area, this one doesn't feel like living in a horrible concrete box! Nearly floor to ceiling glass adorns the exterior wall of this unit making it feel light, airy and luxurious.

Those who love to entertain will want a quick settlement so they can be sipping wine on the oversized balcony. For those of you who wish to visit from out of state, our company is happy to pick you up at the airport. North Ward is Townsville's Premier inner-city beachside suburb. The CBD is less than five minutes drive away and the beaches of the Strand are at most a ten minute walk. If you don't like to cook, there are many restaurant choices about two blocks away down Gregory Street as well as a major shopping centre including a Coles.
