Well, after 22 years of selling properties I thought I'd sold pretty much everything that you could sell, and now there is this. Before the fire on the 12th December 2021, this was a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home, with a single carport, now it is a charred shell of a house. Not safe to walk into but the damage is very obvious.
