Welcome to Shack 11 Pondalowie Bay, Inneston being beach frontage and the north-facing deck overlooks the breathtaking views of Pondalowie Bay.

Located within the incredible Dhilba Guuranda-Innes National Park at the foot of the Yorke Peninsula, this beach shack sits atop the sand dunes, offering unparalleled vistas of the surrounding landscape. Spend your days lazing on the deck, feeling the ocean breeze, or venture down to the beach for a day of fishing or beachcombing.

Entirely off-grid with power supplied by a solar cell, 12v batteries and an inverter for phone and computer power. Water to the shack is supplied by rainwater, there is approximately 4500 litres from several tanks located on the property and there are gas lights and fridges included in the WIWO sale.

Currently sleeping 6 people (4 bunks and a double bed) the layout is flexible with open living and private spaces.

If you like fishing, Pondalowie Bay has an abundance of space to cast your line either from the shore or put a boat into the sheltered bay, where you can reel in King George Whiting, Squid, Tommy rough, Snook, and Garfish.

With direct access to walking trails and the beach, every moment spent at Pondalowie Bay is an opportunity to connect with nature and embrace the incredible experiences that “Shack Life” has to offer.

The shack has a 5-year Interim Lease that has a right to a long-term lease of maximum 30 years once certain conditions have been met.
