Salter Point - Perth's best kept secret suburb ... I guess until now ;)

Salter Point in my view is one of Perth's best kept secret suburbs. Tightly held by those fortunate enough to have discovered it, the home turn-overs are low and likely to be an upgrade or downsize in the area. Salter Point borders on the Canning River and offers lots of stunning walks and bike rides. It's no drive-through location, which means it is quiet in terms of traffic. It's hard to imagine you are so close to the city. You'll find an array of homes from the original war service homes through to multi-million homes offering stunning views. You can enjoy every water sport imaginable, from rowing, kayaking, fishing, water skiing, boating, and jet skis. In terms of facilities, There are two local shopping centres. Letchford Centre, Salter Point and Welwyn Ave, Manning.
