This park is well managed by the City of Coffs Harbour & wins awards regularly. It's a lovely spot next to Coffs Creek & Park Beach itself. Up the street north is the Bowls Club & the Hoey Moey. Further up, are the Northside Shops & further again, is the Park Beach Plaza Shopping Centre. Back the other way, is the Dolphin Marine Conservation Park & the famous Jetty & Harbour itself.
This home sleeps 6, has a carport (semi-enclosed) for your car & has a shed for your tools etc as well! The van section is rather large & there's an annex & verandah too! At the end of the verandah on one end, is the laundry & shower. Up the other end, is recreative room + a little work bench for those things which needs repair around the house. Over the lot is a weatherproff roof [see pics].
Moving into the annex, to the right, you have a separated section where there's the main double bed. The rest of the annex is the living area. Walking through to the renovated van kitchen & up the right, there, the bunk beds are opposite the separate toilet leading on to the original main bedroom. This van is some 9m long with storage under!
