Property Details:
· Who we’re seeking: 2 NDIS participants with SDA funding in their plans. Applicants currently applying for SDA or willing to apply for SDA funding will also be considered.

· Weekly rent (RRC): $250 per room per week. This amount represents the tenant’s Reasonable Rent Contribution (RRC) under NDIS guidelines. (Partners also welcome, additional $100pw)

· SDA payment: The SDA funding component (dwelling payment) is separate and will be covered under a separate agreement with the SDA provider. Tenants only pay the RRC noted above.

· Term & inclusions: Lease terms and any utilities/inclusions will be set out in the Residential Rental Agreement. Medium Term Accommodation placements can be considered on request (pricing/terms may differ).
