Just before Christmas I was toying with the idea of selling my home. Living only a few doors down from Grantham Real Estate I decided to get them in to discuss the idea. As a relatively new Business I was a little hesitant and I had all the normal questions about their knowledge of and experience in the area, marketing strategy and number of buyers on their books.

I did intend to check out a few agents in the area before choosing but on meeting with Darren and Belinda and them providing real answers to all my questions everything just clicked and I signed up. I was given great styling advice and options that I could choose to take up if I wanted. I was included in each decision and ultimately had the choice to do what I felt comfortable with. I was over the moon when the photos went up on the Thursday night and my home was officially on the market, they looked amazing and were a real representation of what my place looked like.

Darren and Belinda started inspections straight away, keeping me in the loop at all times. On Saturday afternoon I met with Darren who presented me with four fantastic offers and in less than 48 hours from advertising my place was sold! There was not even enough time to get a board up. I can't thank Darren and Belinda enough for making my selling experience a great one and I've recommended them to everyone I know since and will continue to do so.
