What a town!

Langwarrin offers it all (almost). Family homes, first home buyer homes, units, townhouses and lifestyle (acreage) properties - there really is something for everyone. With a great range of primary schools and a brilliant high school parents and kids have a choice around their education. Plenty of open space to walk the dogs, kick a ball or run around but like everything "rural" you should be cautious of snakes (not a massive problem if you're aware of your surroundings and look after your property). Langwarrin is affordable and offers a safe location to live/invest (both personal security and asset growth). If you look around on the internet long enough you can find a negative about anything.
