12 Hicus Drive, Doreen VIC 3754

A premier lifestyle of unsurpassed quality is showcased in this sublime
contemporary home that enjoys north facing open plan living spilling onto a generous alfresco and a “boardwalk” that leads across the deep, wide, child-friendly rear yard to a private contemplation corner.

Cleverly laid out, the rest of the house uses plantation shutters for privacy and to define boundaries between casual living and an open study and the formal and casual living, the rumpus opens to its own second alfresco.

Flawlessly presented, the state of the art kitchen introduces stone tops, Blanco 900 mm range, glass splashbacks and a walk in pantry that provides a place for everything.

The main suite is served by a stone ensuite with dual basins and oversize shower, while the second of the three remaining bedrooms enjoys direct access to the family bathroom.

A prestige packet with the lot, including gated trailer parking complementing the double garage, there is a park just 100 metres away and the school, bus, childcare and Laurimar Village are not much further.
