Located roughly 200m from Mallacoota's town centre you will be staying a literally stones throw away from shops, hotel, cafes and supermarkets but yet still feel like you are in your own private home. The block is large and fully fenced with a seperate laundry area and second toilet. There is a large back yard and ample room for car and boat parking.

This properties location also offers guests a short walk to Mallacoota's main surf beach, Bastion Point, which is patrolled by lifeguards during the Summer season. There is a reverse cycle air conditioner for the warmer months and also a wood fire heater for those who come to visit Mallacoota during the colder months. The bedding configuration is 2 queen beds and 1 single bed. Linen is not included at this property, and guests are required to bring their own sheets, doona covers, pillow slips and towels. Linen hire is available from our office at an additional $30 per bed.
