I had originally planned to use of one the older established companies who work in the Brunswick area, but one meeting with Belinda and Darren and I went with them.
I didn't feel like I was being pitched at and I didn't feel that I was being told I was going to sell my house for some ridiculous deal clinching sum initially, and then go through the drawn out process of hearing reasons why that couldn't be achieved.

Belinda and Darren visited the house I was selling and then showed me what similar houses were going for. They gave me a ball park range and then explained the process they use for selling. They offered suggestions for making the house look better to prospective buyers and respected my opinions if they differed.

Throughout the VERY short process of selling my house, they keep me updated at every stage and always came to me.

I would recommend Grantham real estate to ANYONE who asked! I can't imagine ever using another agency!
