13 Jacks Road, Linton VIC 3360

This 13.37HA natural bush block is tucked away in a sleepy hollow, on the west side of Linton, with easy access off the Glenelg Highway via Flagstaff Ridge Road. The block has power running past along the road and would make a great weekender style block but it is zoned RLZ (Rural Living Zone) making it a possible home site, subject to council approval.
There is tons of fire wood, oodles of flora and fauna along with an abundance of peace and quiet. The historic Skipton Rail Trail is just up the road and the Linton Township is only a 5 minute drive away. Take a drive out for a wander around and soak it all in.
Directions: Take the Glenelg Hwy from Ballarat out to Linton, continue through the town and out the other as if you were heading to Skipton but turn right into Flagstaff Ridge Rd at the top of the hill where the overtaking lane is. Follow this road across the ridge and turn right into Jacks Rd, go down over the rail trail and the block is on the right, opposite some houses. A pointer board marks the approximate boundary on both ends as per photos.
