Redwood Estate is a quiet section of Doonan, yet only a few minutes drive away is the popular "The Doonan" for a cold beverage and pizza, Flying West Roastery for great coffee and breakfast, or slightly further afield the quirky township of Eumundi with its world famous markets. Gympie Terrace and the Noosa River, cosmopolitan Hastings Street, Main Beach, Noosa National Park and one of the best surf breaks in Australia are about 20 minutes by car.

The front door of the home welcomes you to the foyer and a very large formal living or family room overlooking the pool and outdoor patio. The light and bright open plan kitchen, dining and living room are adjacent with doors opening out to the covered entertaining area on the pool side and another undercover side patio overlooking the garden. Plenty of spots to relax with a cuppa and a friend or two while enjoying the nature surrounding you. The kitchen has plenty of bench and preparation space, dishwasher, electric oven and cooktop, breakfast bar and a large pantry. There is good ventilation from cross-breezes and a reverse cycle air-conditioner in both living rooms to keep you comfortable no matter the weather (and solar panels so that you don't feel guilty using it!)

There is a study / 4th bedroom next to the kitchen, with the other 3 bedrooms well separated from the main living on the opposite side of the house. The master bedroom with large robe and ensuite also has sliding doors out to the pool side patio. The bedrooms all have fans and built-in cupboards, and there is also an air-conditioner in the third bedroom. The main bathroom is modern with a bath and shower, and the toilet is separate. Internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.

The home is offered with the option of being unfurnished, fully furnished or partly furnished. There is a king bed in the master, and a queen bed in the other bedroom, the child's cot is negotiable depending on requirements. Please contact the office to discuss any inventory questions. The garage will be locked and only for the owner's storage, tenants will have access to the left two bays of the shed and the carport, with one bay of the shed being closed for the owners use only. Plenty of other off street parking available. Ad hoc garden maintenance will be paid for by the owner depending on the season, tenants responsible for garden maintenance in between these services and tenants to pay for pool chemicals. There is a 6 to 12 month lease negotiable for the right applicant.
