This luxury apartment is located on the east (sunrise) side of Freshwater Place and commands fabulous views along the Yarra River, Melbourne city and Southbank. The night-time view of the city lights is even more spectacular. Security includes 24hr video surveillance and electronic access limited to individual floors. The apartment is tastefully furnished. The modern galley-style kitchen is finished in semi-gloss white and is equipped with stainless steel European appliances. There is one bedroom with an en-suite style bathroom and an open-plan living area with a 42" TV and complete with DVD player. A long timber desk in the entrance hall with overhead shelving is ideal for study or work. The apartment is a spacious 52.3 square metres (563 square feet) including the narrow balcony.
