I really couldn't come up with words bad enough to describe this lot... Its an absolute shocker! .

The walls look solid enough and the roof is still in place (mostly) but all the cosmetics are beyond bad. In short the place has been trashed and calling it a mess would be brazen and shameful flattery. Its terrible and needs gutting.

But that said , the building looks to have good bones, and some redeeming features under the rubbish. It is not habitable as it stands and needs complete renovation and/or restoration so it might suit a tradie with enough ability - and/or courage - to restore, renovate or rip down.

The property is offered on an 'as is where is' basis by a serious seller who is not going to do any of the clean up and no warranty is offered on any fixture or appliance.
