This property has a history going back to the mid-1800s when the Corn Trail was used to transport goods from the coast to Braidwood and back.

With an outlook towards the Great Dividing Range and your own private valley, the scenery is spectacular with many points of interest around every corner. There are two main access ways on council-maintained dirt roads, one off the Kings Highway near Nelligen taking around 40 minutes, and the other off the Princes Highway at Mogo being a few minutes longer. The main commercial hub of Batemans Bay and the rural town of Moruya are the closest centre's with Canberra being around two hours from Nelligen.
