The Davey family are synonymous with the Deddington area and manage these farms concurrently. The land is located 30 minutes drive from Launceston's CBD.

"Ngapara" is 28.63 hectares (71 acres) and enjoys nearly 700m of Nile River frontage. A spacious brick home built in 1975 is located perfectly on the bank of the river, the sound of the water passing through is simply tranquil.
