Hello there, I am 14 Mayfair Mews and of course, I am for sale, so thank you for taking the time to get to know me. Of course it is always a little sad when an owner decides its time to move on, but I am very excited to welcome a new family into my warm embrace. Let me tell you a bit about myself.

I was built in 1999 at the end of a beautiful meandering cul de sac, reminiscent of a country drive and oh so close to the world renowned Meadow Springs Country Club. I think its fair to say that when you meet me for the first time, you will be suitably impressed with my manicured lawns and gardens, the petunias in particular adding a lovely splash of colour!

I have four bedrooms and two bathrooms and as you walk in my front door, you can tell that I have seen a lot of love and laughter in my lifetime and I reflect this with a bright, welcoming ambience.

My lounge room has been a lovely room for parents to enjoy moments of peace and quiet, even a little quiet reflection, while my adjacent master bedroom is quite spacious, has a big walk in robe and an ensuite that is tastefully finished and has a separate toilet. My additional 3 bedrooms will also accommodate a double bed with ease and have built in robes and I have a lovely activity area or study nook that is perfect for the youngsters. Of course, I have a second bathroom that keeps those little ones clean and loads of storage in my big walk in linen press.

As you walk into my main living area, my warmth and charm fills the room in a big area that is wonderful for families to get together. I have seen lovely meals prepared in my big kitchen with wonderful gas and electric appliances and a large walk in pantry.

Outside I have a delightful patio that is simply perfect for a barbeque and I overlook lush lawns and gardens that are all reticulated. I also have a workshop & garden shed.

I am air conditioned, I have solar panels on my roof providing plenty of free power, and I am in easy reach of wonderful schools, shops and of course the golf course.
