This was our dream home which was designed by Mikel Miller, built by Daniel & Lewis Builders. We intended to live the rest of our lives in this home - enjoying the space, the quiet street and the magnificent views from every window, however life choose another path for us and we reluctantly offer our home for sale. We love the gardens and never tire of the continual changes of colours, autumn has a very special charm when the claret ash, maples and the corky barked spindle bush come into their autumn dress with a parade of bright reds, hot pinks and deep gold. The garden does have an automatic computerised watering system.
 
Perhaps one of the best features in this home is the size of the laundry with ample storage, plenty of bench space to fold the washing and its built in ironing station. The gas ducted heating is an added bonus, particularly with tiled floors and high ceilings.  Whilst the pink tones are not to everyone's liking, it provided a soft backdrop to our personal décor. 
 
Many happy hours have been spent in the Studio/parents retreat with friends sharing laughter and tall stories.  This room has a split system air conditioner plus a fan and access to the front veranda (which is delightful for morning coffee)
 
Our home has been well known in the area for our Xmas light display which gave many children a thrill on Xmas eve when Santa Clause would drop in.  We had such pleasure in watching families during the Xmas period; we still have our display items which could be passed on to any potential buyer.
