8O years ago, 10.67 Ha of land was selected in the Korora Basin for its sunny aspect, excellent soil and deep-water creek (the pumping rights still exist today). Any proposed usages should always be considered subject to Council Approval. You could simply live in Lot 1 and sell Lot 2 or vice versa. Alternately it would make a great Hobby Farm, overall there is probably at least a couple of Ha's in good grass, enough for a few horses or a cow or two.
