Everything is pure and pristine, everything is so quiet, its just a dreamy little out of the way place to have the ideal getaway beach pad, or why not live there. Its fantastic. Just one pub, one general store, one jetty, one beach, and a no through road which ends just around the bend in the Lune River at the double all weather boat ramp. One of the best spots ever. Fishing and boating paradise. Just a 90 mins scenic drive south from Hobart down through the charming Huon Valley. Southport is the southern most township in Australia. Very similar weather to the Mornington Peninsula.
