The quiet Redwood Estate is about halfway between the funky township of Eumundi with its world famous markets, and the cosmopolitan hub of Noosaville, Gympie Terrace, Hastings Street and the Noosa National Park. The new "The Doonan" restaurant and bar is a welcome addition to the local neighbourhood, and there is also a well-frequented cafe and local fruit and vegetable grocer close by.

There is a friendly dog that does roam on the premises and a cat. It is not suitable to have other pets.
Access to the flat deck and entry is separated by a gate. The owners reside in the main house. The tenant will not have use of the swimming pool. The flat is individually metered for electricity which will be charged to the tenants, water is tank water and is included in the rent. There is no telephone line to the house, the tenant will be responsible for their own mobile/internet.
