"This house was our first home. We entered as a couple and are leaving as a family of four. We have been surrounded by friends in the neighbourhood and will miss the chats over the fence or in the middle of the road! We have had endless BBQ's and parties in this house and enjoyed warm, protected chats over coffee outside, even on a windy day.
We will miss the open plan living space that allows our family to be together, even while we are doing separate things. We will miss the short walk, or ride on training wheels, to the shop to get milk...or chocolate! We will miss the sunny, flat yard that has been a safe source of entertainment for our children and their friends and that has allowed us to position kids toys without a second thought. We hope the new owner finds as many warm, friendly memories here as we have. Hope it suits"
