Don’t make me leave…… I don’t want to leave……….

That’s how I felt when I was standing in the back yard of 15 Boreen Court Helensvale and I know that’s how you will feel as well.

The Shores has always been a highly sought after area of Helensvale. Aptly named because it is on the Shores of Lake Coombabah. But most houses in The Shores aren’t actually near the lake……….15 Boreen Court is. Infact it backs on directly to Lake Coombabah.

As you sit in the outdoor entertaining area, you look across your manicured back yard, all the way through to the trees and the lake behind. You sit out there listening to the birds chirping, the Kookaburra laughing and the wind gently passing through the trees. To say it’s relaxing would be the understatement of the year. You simply do not want to leave.

Inside however is certainly nothing to sneeze at. It has been beautifully maintained throughout the years and has such a loving, homely feel to it.

As you walk through the front doors you walk into a small alcove before moving through to the first living area. This room is large enough to not only have as a lounge room but also incorporates a formal dining room. From there it follows through to a good sized kitchen and then the second living area, complete with airconditioning and views across to Lake Coombabah. This second living area also has a traditional dining area as well.

There is nothing missing in the bedrooms either. The master is a King sized room, complete with ensuite and WIR. The remaining bedrooms are also quite large with 2 of them comfortably supporting Queen sized beds.

I know that as soon as you walk through those doors you’re going to feel like you’ve come home. It just has that feeling about it. Then if you can draw yourself away from everything the home has to offer and make it through to the back yard………. That’s when you will know for sure that you just don’t want to leave.
