15 Mitchell Lane, Witta QLD 4552

Tucked away at the end of a quiet laneway, 15 Mitchell Lane is the kind of property that rarely becomes available and even harder to replicate.

Set across 54 acres of rolling, green hinterland, this is a private retreat where every element has been thoughtfully positioned to work with the land, not against it. A 400 metre meandering bitumen driveway draws you in, gradually revealing a home and setting that feels completely removed from the outside world.

The main residence is a statement in both design and craftsmanship. Built by renowned rammed earth builder John Oliver, the home is grounded, timeless and incredibly in tune with its surroundings. Thick rammed earth walls create a sense of warmth and permanence, while framing uninterrupted views across the property and into the surrounding rainforest. The layout is generous yet considered, offering two well appointed bedrooms and expansive living zones that connect seamlessly to the landscape.

Complementing the main home is a substantial 24 metre by 12 metre shed that has been transformed into far more than just storage. This is a true lifestyle extension of the property, incorporating a self contained one bedroom studio, a dedicated home office, gym and wellness space, all positioned to take in the same breath-taking outlook.

Whether it is accommodating guests, working from home or creating a personal retreat, the flexibility here is exceptional.

The land itself is where this property truly comes to life. Gently rolling and beautifully maintained, it offers a balance of open pasture and natural rainforest. A meandering creek winds its way through the property, while a private walking track invites you to explore your own piece of hinterland, creating a daily connection to the landscape that is hard to put into words.

This is a property that offers more than just a home. It is a place to slow down, to reset and to live with a level of privacy and space that is becoming increasingly rare, all while remaining within easy reach of Maleny and the wider Sunshine Coast.

15 Mitchell Lane is a one of a kind offering. A property that will resonate with those who understand land, appreciate craftsmanship and are looking for something truly special.
