I am an honest little beach cottage in the heart of a suburb that everyone wants.

I am a flat walk to the beach and have the perfectly fenced backyard for the family puppy.

I love my exposed beam ceilings that give me a coastal vibe.

My kitchen is hot orange and they say that went out in the seventies.

I have started to age in my bathroom and the wet seal is not what it used to be.

But I have a good size carport and a big single lock up garage for the boat and the beach gear.

I don?t like to be referred to as cheap, but I know the duplex down the road sold for more and it didn?t even have a backyard.
At least I don?t share my land with anyone else.

Don?t judge me. Come and love me for what I could be.
