"Ms Suter was the vendor's agent, technically not "MY" agent as purchaser. Nevertheless, she provided great assistance to move this sale and my purchase forward.
Acting as my own conveyancer, Ms Suter provided the necessary introductions to keep the ball rolling, progressing the sale smoothly and attending to any potential or real "glitches" as they occurred. She was always available on the phone, either answering or returning calls promptly. On several previous occasions, Ms Suter has shown me properties in which I was interested and did not lose interest in my being a client even though I had turned down several other properties. Undoubtedly, her attitude is one of complete professionalism.
