160 kilometres North West of Charleville and 100 kilometres North East of Quilpie.

"Sherwood Park" is a mixture of slightly undulating Mulga, Box and Gidyea country running back to Lancewood and Bendee range country with good stands of Buffel grass pasture throughout the property. There has been approximately 60,000 acres pulled and aerial sown to Buffel and Sorghum over the past eight years of which 7,000 acres has been stick raked.

WATER
Six bores and eleven earth dams are strategically placed on the property with one new 25,000 yard dam at the house. Six dams are equipped with mills and two are equipped with solar pumps and four out of the six bores are also equipped with mills. One share bore is equipped with a mono pump driven by a Kubota diesel engine. The house bore is equipped with an electric submersible pump. Six kilometers of high grade poly pipe services storage tanks & troughs. Black's creek also has permanent and semi-permanent water holes.

FENCING
