The back-story....
When David and Jane were looking for their Riverfront property back in 2015 their requirements were simple - or so they thought.
They wanted
* Riverfront Acreage free from flooding
* Brilliant River Views
* Low maintenance home
* Space for gardens of fruit and veggies.
* No risk of flooding.
* Morgan area - where the weather is pretty good all year round.
A very tough ask - they searched tirelessly until they found this property - 162 old Murbko road - technically Cadell - but only a couple of Km from Morgan.
It wasn't entirely what they wanted but it had the non-negotiables - and they created the rest.
