Built C1890 and stunningly transformed by the architects, James Morrison and Yvette Breytenbach, this gorgeous Victorian farmhouse sits on approx. 2230m2 of land with beautiful gardens and several rustic outbuildings. The house is currently used as a holiday let business.
Originally, the house had four bedrooms, a tiny bathroom and dark living area. It now offers two huge bedrooms; a large bathroom with separate bath and shower (and laundry); and a bright, open plan living / dining / kitchen area. New windows and French doors have been installed in the main living area to open up the outlook to the gardens and let the sunlight flood in.
During renovations, amazing features were uncovered from below many layers of paint and wallpaper including the Huon Pine fire surrounds, a Huon Pine door, Brass door knobs and window pulls, and more!
