Part of Barraba's history to go under the hammer. Built in 1956, the brick main building has four major areas - The back area has a bench top and cupboards, sink with hot and cold water plus an ecoboil and an implanted wall A/C. There is a large cemented area where the fire truck used to be parked. Communication room with split A/c and fire place, off that area shower, toilet.

There are also Two sheds, first one 8 x 4 x 3.6 high and a 3 x 6 garden shed both with cement floors.

This building is very well located just off the main street.
